My name is Katelyn Allen and I recently moved to Seattle, Washington from Boulder, Colorado. I am an experienced server with a wine background. I started studying wine shortly after I graduated high school at the age of 18. I was working in restaurants, reading, and tasting as much as I could. Being under-age and studying wine became frustrating so I went to London, England in June 2018 and took my Level One Award in Wines course at the WSET Academy. At the age of 20 I received my first wine certification. I also backpacked through 9 countries and visited Hermitage in the Rhone Valley of France to see the vineyards. I turned 21 in November this past year and since have been making strives towards a career.
