Katarina Purdy

About Me

I’m Katarina, a teacher living in Saint Pascal Baylon, a peaceful village in Eastern Ontario. I have been teaching since 2017 and the most important lesson I have learned along the way is that every student has something to teach me. I have had students who challenged me to become more creative, more patient, more loving, and appreciative of every day I spend in the classroom.

I am very thankful for my husband and our children who have been supportive since the first day I started teaching. They are always willing to listen and offer their perspective which helps me to understand my students even more.

I love to learn and teach others about what I have learned. I strive to be the best I can be and always encourage my students and my own children to be the best-versions-of-themselves.
