She gained experience as a Recruitment Manager, HR Projects Coordinator & Recruiter and delivered more than 20 recruitment projects. She worked with remote, virtual, and local teams of young recruiters for international companies and for the internal departments of the companies she has worked in.
For four years she was an active member of the youth organization AIESEC in Poland where she had a chance to act as a team leader, trainer, board member of both - local and national chapters. She supported the development of young people and enabled them to go for Internships abroad.
