I am interested in people, new experiences, learning. I like "characters" who are intelligent, kind, and funny. I believe in the Golden Rule. Born in Winston-Salem, NC. Grew up in Chevy Chase, MD, one of four children. High school at Mount Vernon Seminary; college at UNC-Chapel Hill. Worked at Washingtonian Magazine for 10 years before marrying and raising three children, now grown and flown. Divorced in 2009 and floating above the poverty line, but feeling better than ever. Love tennis, reading; writing; exploring; restoring; lively, open, honest people doing creative things.
