K.P. Berg is managing director at K.P. Berg & Associates, a boutique consulting firm that specializes in lean six sigma continuous process improvement initiatives and organizational redesigns.
In this capacity, Berg has partnered with technology firms in the San Francisco Bay Area, medical and health-related operations in Portland, Oregon, and content management companies in Argentina, Colorado, and beyond.
Prior to founding this boutique business, Berg worked as a quality assurance and inventory control specialist at Amazon as well as in quality control at General Electric's Oil & Gas conglomerate in Houston, Texas.
Before diving into the private sector, however, the founder was an aircraft maintenance officer in the United States Air Force with time spent and experience accrued in the United Kingdom, Libya, Oman, Qatar, Afghanistan, Germany, Italy, and Ukraine.
Berg graduated from the United States Air Force Academy in 2008 with a 3.78 GPA and the Florida Institute of Technology in 2013 with Masters in Logistics Management.
When out of the office, which is not often, Berg continues to run (2016 Olympic Marathon Qualifier), travel (Antarctica and Iceland in 2018), and look for angel-investment opportunities.
