I truly enjoy what I do. I combined my degrees and experience to form my own company called Retrain the Brain. I teach neuo-developmental movements to allied healthcare professionals, teachers, special education professionals, schools, co-ops, senior care facilities, and parents with children diagnosed with ADD/HD, Autism, Sensory Processing Disorder, emotional regulation problems, speech and language challenges, developmental delays, anxiety, depression, Dyslexia or anyone who wants to change behavior patterns, improve cognitive function and academic performance, correct muscle tone imbalances, alleviate pain in the joints or spine, and improve motor skills in children. Adults can attend one of my courses or make an appointment for a private session and see immediate improvement. Special discounts for college students.

I am trained as a Brain Gym instructor which is educational kinesiology and is great for large groups and classrooms. Blomberg RMT is a primitive reflex integration and brain maturation program that can be used for ADD/ADHD, Autism, insomnia, vision, reading, speech and language disorders, motor skills, digestive issues, reducing muscle tension and affiliated pain and so much more. BRMT is the work of Dr. Harald Blomberg and I am the U.S. distributor of his work. This is a picture of me when I was in Stockholm studying at his clinic in Sept. 2015. This work is incredible and is the hottest topic in pediatric OT and PT. In my classes I have corrected scoliosis in 2 days, improved insomnia to get off sleep medications, corrected rotated pelvises, relieved back, neck and foot pain, improved sense of well being all by integrating primitive reflexes that have been reactivated through long term stress, accidents or trauma. On the other hand sometimes these reflexes were never integrated as a child and people have lived their lives using compensations that have affected their ability to reach their maximum potential. Personally, I have experienced improved digestion, memory, communication skills, sleep (no longer an insomniac), flexibility, emotional regulation, stamina and ability to follow through and complete long term projects. If you want to learn more about the symptoms of primitive reflexes, you can go to my website where I have some of them listed. www.retrainthebrain.org
