I am the Co-Founder of the Ingenuity Innovation Center, LLC, one of Oregon's first Benefit Companies. We are focused on creating community based solutions that focus on sustainable practices. Everything we develop and build is shared using an open source platform. Our goal is to develop a prototype community innovation center and replicate it. Here, we invite the community to become inspired to learn, connect and incorporate new and old ideas to address the challenges we are facing on a personal, community and global level.

We recognize that there are obsolete ways of thinking that do not serve us individually or collectively as a whole. We believe that if we give a place where local communities can come together and socially innovate around building sustainable solutions, that we will find new ways of living and thriving. We create a safe space where people can share, build and discover will help develop new ways of thinking, building and sharing. Our open source platform captures, shares and enhances knowledge and connection that is gained throughout the process that we can help others interested in the same ideas.

Ingenuity Innovation Center works with business visionaries to develop strategies and steps to become a benefit organization (B Corporation). Our team of whole business developers and community are here to guide people through the process and provide valuable connection, support and resources to organizations where profit is not the main driver for success. We believe in the power of community-based investing and funding. The platforms we are building will give access to business ideas that might otherwise not get funded because they do not meet traditional lending requirements.
