My special skill is seeing the true big picture, and seeing true root cause. I've been managing projects for 5 years, and I can tell you I'm not good at it because I can wrangle Microsoft Project.

I'm good at it because I have the magical power to work with people and get you what you need.

I love everyone I work with. They are all amazing. They are all exactly who we need (in the unlikely event they are not, I will tell you who you need).

I work in IT, but what I really do is inspire, motivate and deliver real business value. I'd be thrilled to work with some one who likes to do the same.
