Kate Hurley is the Regional CIO for CBRE in the Mid-South region. She received a BA in English (emphasis: writing) from Randolph-Macon Woman's College and was privileged to study at the University of Reading, England. Her five years of experience as a leader in graphic design and marketing led her to achieve technical certifications to better understand and support her clients. She was awarded her MBA from the University of Wales, which has been invaluable in her role as Owner/Chief Operations Officer and Director of Branding for Fidelity Networks.

As a hands-on CIO, Kate enjoys finding and growing talent, managing projects and (of course) problem solving! Kate lives in Norfolk, Virginia where she enjoys the growing arts scene and great food culture, and spends as much time as possible at the beach. She is never really off the grid, but enjoys travelling in Europe and the UK, and anywhere else they will let her in.
