Kate Madey

I am native to Western Pennsylvania and love Pittsburgh: her people, her places, her rivers. I lived briefly in Jacksonville, Florida many years ago and again in Northern Virginia for over 2 years, but came "home" at the end of 2009.

My career has been varied; I have worked in the non-profit arena as well as in for-profit businesses, and hope to return to a non-profit postion.

I am a writer and avid reader from an early age, a thinker, and a lover of people and their quirks and eccentricities.

My philosophy includes:
