Kate Stay

Experienced in business development, analysis and administration, working at both national and international levels, I have worked in a variety of roles and business sectors. I am tri-lingual (English/German/Spanish), having spent over 5 years working and studying in Germany and Austria and 6 years living and working in Spain. I enjoy immersing myself in different cultures, learning to command language to communicate and becoming one with different communities.

My work style and ethic is similar: I take pride in owning my work; I make it my own and develop myself within and the role itself simultaneously. I enjoy the great sense of achievement when team goals are reached and celebrated, yet equally enjoy the challenge and process of working towards that outcome. I am a creative perfectionist, and take time and trouble over detail. I give 100% in my own work and am willing to help and offer support to others as necessary. I enjoy presenting reports and results (especially good ones!) and am accustomed to working to the strictest of deadlines. A natural 'problem-solver', I gain satisfaction from analysing issues and working towards ways of improving processes and operations.
