Katherina Alznauer, Esq

Attorney Katherina Butakova Alznauer obtained her Juris Doctor degree from the University of West Los Angeles School of Law in 2011. She graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Illinois at Chicago in 2004. She was admitted to the California Bar in 2014.

Ms. Alznauer has almost 14 years of experience in Immigration Law. During this time, she gained enormous experience in family- and especially business- immigration.

Ms. Alznauer’s current law practice focuses on complex business immigration, aliens of extraordinary ability (scientists, artists, businessmen and others). She has extensive experience with visas and green cards for investors, work and student visas, international business transfers to the United States.

In the family based field, her most recent interest includes assisting the LGBT community acquiring equal immigration law benefits, family unity and seeking political asylum for those whose rights are abused abroad.

An immigrant herself, Ms. Alznauer knows what it is like to need a work permit and green card, therefore she is always ready to help.

Born in Belarus, Ms. Alznauer is fluent in Russian and Belorussian. She reads Polish, Ukrainian and French.
