In 1998, I founded Career Essentials, an adult training organization and expanded it in to over 35 schools in two provinces. I was listed numerous times on Profit Magazine's Canada's Hottest Startups, Fastest Growing Companies and Top 100 Women Business Owners in Canada.

I spent some time at Green Standards Ltd. whose extraordinarily brilliant green program works to not only keep waste out of landfill but support charities and non-profits all across North America.

Currently, I am the Executive Director of WindReach Farm, WindReach Farm which provides an inclusive, safe and welcoming environment for persons of all ages and disabilities by providing opportunities to enjoy experiences in a farm and natural environment
