I'm a regular girl who loves her husband, family, friends, dog and food! I was quite content in life and didnt mind being overweight until I discovered Beachbody and it changed my life. Its inspired me to do things I'd always thought about doing, now I'm actually DOING them! I want to inspire others to go after their dreams too.
