Kate Griffiths

Kate is a qualified coach, speaker, community leader and writer, who is fascinated by the power of conversation. She teaches business owners, leaders and teams how to build stronger relationships and thereby improve the possibilities for innovation and collaboration. Kate is the Community Relations Director of the 7 Graces Project, a thriving community and emerging social enterprise whose aim will be to provide an alternative way to doing business that is ethical and community- focused aw well as a business incubator for such start ups. Kate currently runs monthly sessions for soulpreneurs to gather and find deep connection through a facilitated conversation whilst enjoying wholesome food. These half day sessions nurture mind, body and spirit. She also runs day workshops on how to improve the quality conversations so that it is a win-win for both parties whatever the circumstances.
