Kate Klein

Kate is currently a third year student at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine located in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Kate's passion for naturopathic medicine stems from her love to give back to others and her community.

Kate grew up in Uxbridge, Ontario. She attended McGill University in Montreal, Quebec and earned her Bachelor's degree in Social Work. During her time at McGill she worked with various organizations including an Aboriginal women's shelter, an elderly respite care service, and numerous community outreach programs. After graduation Kate went on to work with children and youth at risk while completing prerequisites for medical school.

As a naturopathic medical student and naturopathic doctor in the making, Kate believes in optimizing health naturally by focusing on healthy lifestyle choices and supporting the body's ability to heal itself.

Kate loves to volunteer, spend time with friends and family, read, travel, & learn. Kate has a strong connection to the arts, she loves classical music, the ballet, and the symphony.

Kate willing entering into her final year at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine in May 2015. During this final year, Kate will be a clinical intern treating patients at the Robert Schad Naturopathic Clinic located in North York, Ontario.
