Hello there, thanks for visiting!

My name is Katelyn Fuentes and on May 15th of 2015 I received a Bachelor's degree in journalism with a minor in digital communication, information, and media from Rutgers University (YAY!). The hardest, yet most exciting, thing about post graduation is discovering what profession I want to pursue. I have a unique set of skills and experiences with many interests in a variety of fields.

One passion is journalism but more specifically broadcast news. I can see myself working in the entertainment industry either on the screen as a news anchor or behind the screen in television production.

I discovered that public relations is also a field I would love to pursue after I completed an internship at a Broadway press agency my senior year. I enjoy the fast-paced environment and the advanced communication skills needed for the job.

Finally, the last passion of mine is the performing arts. I have been singing and acting since I was in the fourth grade. When I first started applying to college I thought I wanted to be a music teacher, so I went to the County College of Morris and obtained an Associate degree in theatre. I plan to still audition for television and broadway to see where my talent and luck can get me.
