Kate Peach

Kate’s belief in the importance of raising the standards of delivery across the industry together with her accumulated knowledge, qualifications and experience have enabled her to rise meteorically from the most junior of nursery posts, through the ranks of nursery management, to a regional training manager role, and ultimately on to the position of managing director within a highly respected chain of nurseries.

The secret to Kate’s success as a leader and businesswoman can be attributed not only to her knowledge and skills within her field but also to her integrity, honesty and ability to develop a vision and share this effectively, motivating and leading those around her.

Kate has a keen interest in industry affairs and attends a full range of industry conferences and forums as well as chairing two branch networks for the National Day Nursery Association and acting as PVI sector representative for the West Sussex Schools Forum.
