Kate Ruff

I currently possess 11 solid years as an Executive/Personal Assistant to C-level (President & CEO) Executives.

My compassion, quick and logical thinking are a few of my favorite attributes that have assisted me excelling within the Personal Assistant role. My collaborative nature, perfectionist efforts and enthusiastic nature fuels my strength within the Executive Assistant realm. I am tremendously passionate about my work and possess excellent communication skills on any level.

My strongest suit is Visual Communications (i.e. event planning, formatting Excel documents and creating/editing PowerPoint presentations or Marketing materials). I am possess a high level of common sense and where-for-all in order to get either simple or complex projects completed efficiently and effectively.

In March of 2017, I also became a licensed Life Insurance Broker with the State of Maryland.
