Just trying to figure out how to balance life and work in a world of endless DIY projects.

I graduated from Illinois State University in 2002 with a BA in English.

My husband, Jeff, is the smooth to my awkward and we have two talented daughters who share our love of laughter.

I work for a REALTOR trade association named Mainstreet Organization of REALTORS in Downers Grove, Illinois as the Chief Strategy and Innovation Officer. This means that I provide strategic management of the Professional and Ethical Practices, Education, and Member Outreach Departments at Mainstreet Organization of REALTORS. I develop and execute programs and services related to the mission of the Organization in accordance with the strategic goals set by our Board of Directors. Additionally, I focus on finding and developing innovative resources and strategies that assist our non-profit organization with non-dues revenue. Overall, I just help REALTORS succeed in their business, while keeping them professional.

I have served Illinois REALTORS and other local associations of REALTORS as an instructor on the professional standards process and was first certified as a Professional Standards Administrator by the National Association of REALTORS in 2004. I obtained my e-PRO designation in 2013 and my REALTOR Certified Executive (RCE) designation in 2015. Recently, I also received my C.E. Instructor's license from the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation and have been teaching REALTOR members the Code of Ethics.
