Over 10 years within HR, with skills and experience in creative people and change management initiatives, recruiting top talent, employee relations and project management.

I am passionate about helping colleagues to use their skills to develop and benefit the organisation in which they work. Having developed and delivered a UK wide induction and Managers Essentials programme at Pfizer; I have led by example in empowering managers, understanding their aims, concerns and queries, to play my part in driving great people practices.

A straight talker, with a 'can do' approach, I enjoy getting my teeth into projects and offering ideas for improvement. I thrive on debate, the ability to question and developing creative solutions. I love the opportunity to provide a tangible service to our clients. Customer service and focus on the business and individual can make HR a 'stand out' function and the reason I immerse myself in it.

Outside of work my focus is on living life to the full. I have two amazing boys who I love to spend time with and discover with them the delights of the world and being young within it. I am a passionate hockey player and play for Ashford Ladies 1st XI as well as teaching the juniors on a Sunday, come rain or shine! (Mainly rain!) I believe in giving 100% to all I do both in work and in my personal life and believe life is there to be grasped by both hands and shaken about a bit!
