Kate translates problems into solutions by coming up with actionable plans for ambitious ideas. As a world citizen at heart, she believes that cultural intelligence is a vital component of successful leadership in an era of rapidly expanding globalization.

Fueled by a passion for foreign languages, maps, and the Renaissance, and determined to never let her schooling interfere with her education, she completed her graduate and undergraduate studies in International Relations through immersion in several countries in the Euromediterranean region.

Kate is an effective multilingual communicator with the ability to articulate complex ideas in clear language for technical, executive, and global audiences. She currently serves as the project manager of global training for a Salesforce implementation program at an international humanitarian organization. She is also working on drafting a business plan for a translation and cross-cultural consulting firm.

When she’s not busy leading teams and coming up with ways to address learning styles with the latest technology, she likes to spend her time watching foreign films, sipping espresso, and planning her next international adventure.
