In the wilds of the Lower East Side at the dawn of the era of Day-Glo and spandex, Kate arrived in the world with a strong set of lungs and the will to use them.

Born on the cliff of Generation X, she remembers cassette tapes, rotary phones, and the advent of grunge; she is biding her time until she takes her rightful place as New York’s preeminent Bog Witch.

Kate is the proud aunt to three of the raddest children in New York City (a totally unbiased opinion) and brings that Auntie vibe to her work at Industry Gymnastics - from helping the littlest gymnasts get comfortable in the space to tending to rips on the more experienced gymnasts’ hands.

Kate likes animals (especially her dog, Grace, who works at the gym too!), knitting, loud music, and Christian Bale best as Batman. She dislikes most Isms, the music of Kenny G, and people who dismiss the talents of Prince.
