I am a designer focused on creating and educating about delightful mediated human interactions. I have over 12 years of experience designing effective physical and virtual solutions to complex challenges.

My professional experience is complemented by advanced academic work in traditional design craft, user research, and cognitive perception. Having earned MFA and MS degrees, I teach design at both the undergraduate and graduate level.

I create holistic human experiences at a variety of scales that traverse multiple touchpoints. My work includes design for web, software, mobile, consumer products, wayfinding, built environment, and service design.

I have demonstrated skills in user-centered design and research, a wide variety of 2D and 3D computer graphics applications, effective visual and written communication, project management, education, and collaboration.

I am currently a Senior User Experience Architect at Ascentium.
