Dr Katharine Jewitt

Katharine works as an Educational Technology & Management Consultant working with both business organisations & educational institutions,particularly focused on strategy,technology,curriculum design,people & organisational change,performance improvement,supply chain logistics,along with developing digital skills & training excellence in the leadership,management & development of people.

Her work involves setting direction,managing complexity,gathering,analysing & reporting data;root-cause problem-solving & creating change.She sets & clarifies strategy & new directions,which call for significant change in the scope & pace of operational activities & balances both new & existing business activities to ensure effective strategy implementation.

Her PhD research was in virtual reality for work-based learning, working with SMEs & apprentices. She has recently been using VR to work with children & families & in the development of social workers & children's services training.
