I'm a freelance cook. I am passionate about cooking and enjoy sailing and travelling around. As a cook my mission is to offer a simple, healthy and seasonal-based meal service suitable for the sailing environment, according to the highest food hygiene standards.

I like to cook and eat according to the Mediterranean diet, which is based on fresh and local produce. As a sole chef I can handle a galley service for up to 8 guests and 3/4 crew members, along with the provisioning.
