Customer experience is a passion of mine - whenever I engage with a company I am thinking about how they interact with me.

I endeavour to bring this ethic into my work as a strategic marketer.

When I am not obsessing about customer experience I can generally be found on the slopes or the beach - my ambition being to snowboard in the morning and spend the rest of the day on a warm beach with friends.

I emigrated to New Zealand in August 2012 and love my new life.
