I was born and raised in Detroit, MI. I received a BFA in Sculpture and a BS in Psychology from Louisiana State University in 2013. As an undergraduate, I also spent a year studying at Buffalo State College as a national exchange student. I've been the Arts and Crafts Program Director for two different summer camps in Colorado, planning and leading arts and crafts projects for a variety of groups including children and adults with disabilities. My work has been included in shows locally and nationally and my first solo exhibition was in Buffalo, NY in 2014. I currently maintain a studio at Buffalo Arts Studio.

When I'm not making art, I enjoy running, and running, and running. My longest run to date was the BPAC 6-hour Distance Classic, where I logged just over 32 miles. I hope to run in the Mind the Ducks 12-hour in 2016 and hope to ht the 50 mile mark!

I'm engaged to a wonderful man named Will and together we have 3 furbabies: Batdog the Chihuahua and Huntley and Little Bit the cats.
