Katherine Mamwacha

Katherine Mamwacha is a sophomore at the Rawls College of Business Administration. She is pursuing to major in Business Administration and Marketing.

Katherine was born in the Nairobi, Kenya. She lived in Kenya for 11 years and 9 years in the States. She has a great interest of learning about the world and the sense of hard work from both places she calls home. Katherine Mamwacha is in her first semester at Texas Tech University, she is a transfer of South Plains College. She is applying to volunteer as a marketing intern in the KTTZ television internship opportunity. In the future, Katherine aims to be in many of the different organizations that Texas Tech has to offer. She’s influenced by being involved with volunteering around the community.
