Katherine Tozer

I am a DePauw English Writing Major from the south suburbs of Chicago. I spent a semester studying abroad in Perugia, Italy with the Umbra Institute.

At DePauw, I tutor writing and edit "Eye On The World" magazine. I volunteered with Timmy Glbal Health in Ecuador one winter term, running clinics in rural areas. In Italy, I wrote for Umbra's guidebook and for inPerugia website. During the summers, I work for Ogichi Daa Kwe in International Falls, MN. It is part of the nonprofit Camping and Education Foundation.

I've loved learning, volunteering, and traveling all my life and hope to continue with them after I graduate in May.
