Katherine Burch, MS, RD, LD

Katherine is a Registered Dietitian and lover of food, sports, music, and all things Southern. Her goal is to help others make food delicious and nutritious whether it is planning meals at home, buying food from the grocery or farmer's market, or enjoying a meal at a restaurant.

Katherine graduated from Millsaps College with a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry and minor in Psychology. Her love of health and helping others led her to pursue a career in dietetics through the Didactic Program in Dietetics at Louisiana State University. Katherine returned to Mississippi to complete the Dietetic Internship and her Master of Science in Nutrition and Food Systems at the University of Southern Mississippi. She is currently a clinical dietitian with Valley Services, Inc. In addition to her work with Valley, Katherine also enjoys trying new recipes, volunteering with various organizations, and mentoring students.
