Greetings and welcome to my "about me" page. My name is Katherine and I am a Mother, Wife, Owner and Creator of The Organic Brew, Avid Reader, and lover of all things Irish, Magickal and Mystical.
I am blessed to have brought my dream to reality in The Organic Brew! For years The Organic Brew was a dream, something I wanted so much but did not know how to make happen. Then life dealt me one of it's painful blows and I lost my job. Luckily, I came across the wonderful world of etsy and decided to give The Organic Brew a chance. Well that was 3 years ago and while it has not been easy running a one woman show, it is rewarding. I continue to dream about the day that The Organic Brew will become a brick and mortar business,(and I can hire a helper!) until then, I strive for excellence, originality, and beauy in all that is The Organic Brew and Katherine Cotoia.
