Katherine Glidden

My name is Katherine Glidden and I am currently attending Quinnipiac University Graduate School for Public Relations. I also graduated from Quinnipiac in May 2013 with a Bachelors in Journalism and a minor in Sociology. I graduated Cum Laude and with an overall GPA of 3.7. I worked as an intern for The Republican newspaper in Springfield Massachusetts on their online breaking news desk. I oversaw meetings, created web links, photo galleries, and wrote content for both the website and print segments. I am very interested in establishing my career in communications and desire to gain as much knowledge and experience as I can to be utilized in the field. I am a progressively learning student who is eager to work and gain experience not only by furthering my education by earning my Master’s in Public Relations, but also by immersing myself in the field to utilize the information I know and continue to grow.
