Katherine Jean

Greetings, and welcome to my little corner of the internet! Whether you came looking for me or simply ended up on the wrong page after a Google search (it happens), I hope you enjoy your stay.

I'm Katherine Jean (but you can call me Katie), a current senior at Troy High School. As a clarinet player in the Troy Colts Marching Band, you can often find me struggling to understand the football games that precede and follow our amazing halftime show productions. For the past three years, I've enjoyed being part of the track team, but if you give me a pair of sneakers, I'll run just about anywhere.

The seasons are one of my favorite parts about living in Michigan, and I like being outside whenever possible. I enjoy travelling with my family, especially in our camper, and nothing brings me more peace than just sitting in nature. Though I adore all animals, I especially love going for hikes with my dog, Hoola, and volunteering with Paws for Life animal rescue to fill the cat void in my life. Ultimately, I hope to pursue a career in veterinary medicine, but I'm still keeping my options open and as long I can work with my passions, I'll be happy.
