Hello everybody! I´m Katherine, or you can call me Kathe.

Mr Nelson asked for his students to write a small introduction about their life,and guess what? I'm one of his students. So here is a description of my self!

I´m 19 years old, I live in Bogota in a neighborhood called J.J Vargas it´s a really nice place to live in. When I was a little girl I also used to live in the same place, I really liked it. When I was 9 years old my family and I moved to Cúcuta. In that city at school, I meet the best people ever: My friends and of course my best friend Angie.

When I turned 15, my Uncle Jose took me to the USA; Florida, for 4 moths as a gift. I can say it was a really nice time. I started to study in a school called Blanche Ely, where I learned the basics of English. My cousins and I would usually play Beach volleyball and we would also eat in different kinds of restaurants that I didn´t really know about. Those days were more than great!

Then, I came back to Colombia and stared to improve my English ( I´m still working on it). Once I graduated from high school,I decided to come to Bogota, the city where I was born in; all with the purpose of working in order to pay for my studies, and that´s what I´m doing nowadays.

I´m working at Scotiabank, a Canadian bank. What I do there is offer customer service in English. I help clients with their financial needs. Also, I´m studying psychology at Los Libertadores, I chose this because it is a really interesting carreer that helps me to understand human behavior.

I really enjoy when I spend time with the people I love; playing board games or just talking with them. I really like food, especially things that I have never tasted before and more when it is about unusual desserts. I do not like disorganizationand clutter, and I also do not like when the people do not respect each other or speak bad of other people.

Overall, I am a person who likes a lot of peace and hope to help people with the tools I am giving through all my career.
