Katherine Kawaguchi

Katherine Kawaguchi has a lifelong desire to help others. This has been a personal and professional goal of hers for as long as she can remember.

Her life and mission at this time is to work with clients to create safe and beautiful homes. She accomplishes this through design skills and products that are evaluated for their safety, advanced technology as well as beauty!

As the Vice President of Guchi Enterprises dba Guchi Interior Design her primary role involves remodeling and redecorating for hundreds of local residents including two Del Webb communities and other upscale residential enclaves in the Greater Sacramento region. Her mission while programming and executing a new project is to incorporate Universal Design aspects in her design recommendations. Many times the client will be resistant to any inference to "Aging in Place" but understands that Katherine will incorporate products and suggestions that adhere to the principals of Universal Design. Her personal thoughts include tireless efforts to educate clients and visitors who seek her services through visiting Guchi's design studio. By sharing attributes and advantages of incorporating Universal Design principals into individual rooms and eventually into the majority of areas in one's home she is helping Sacramento residents live their Best Life!

Katherine mother of two, step mother of 4 and grandmother to 8 Fabulous Future Homeowners Katherine resides with her husband Bruce in the quaint wine community of Woodbridge about 35 minutes from Ca's State Capitol in Sacramento.
