Katherine Miller

Hi I'm Katherine, I am a family law attorney with a focus in collaborative practice and mediation.

I attended Vassar College in upstate New York for undergraduate and Fordham University School of Law, in New York City for my J.D.

I have a unique perspective on family law after going through my own divorce. I aspire to create as little resentment as possible between the spouses with which I work. That is why I focus on mediation and collaborative practiceas they tend to provide long lasting solutions with higher long run rates of compliance.

Many of the skills I teach clients can also be transferred to non-divorce conflicts as such as estate law, child custody and support, and pre and post-nuptial agreements.

I practice law in New Rochelle and Manhattan, New York.
