Katheryn Kirkwood

My name is Katheryn Kirkwood and I am 23 years old. I am willing to relocate, I am very enthusiastic and have extensive experience in the customer service industry.

For four and a half years, I have been a server/bartender at Grumblers Pub, and I was just recently hired at the Idylwylde Golf and Country Club. I have had many responsibilities over the years which include serving multiple tables during a busy lunch and dinner, answering and taking phone orders, hosting, cleaning tables, ensuring the satisfaction of our customers, and dealing with unsatisfied customers. I have learned great interpersonal skills and I am able to work well with others. I pride myself in being able to thrive in a fast paced and stressful environment.

I also worked at Harvey’s Restaurant on Algonquin Road for two years. I worked as a manager, a cashier, a cook, and ensured the restaurant was kept clean and presentable. Working at Harvey’s further developed my skills and knowledge of working with the public.

I recently graduated from Cambrian College with my Business Administration Certificate. This program provided many beneficial courses. Some of these courses include Professional Selling, Marketing, Global Business, and Entrepreneurship.

As you can see, I enjoy working with the public, and I have plenty of experience in selling and customer service. I am very excited to start my career and cannot wait to apply my skills and learn new ones.
