Kathia is an educator, coach, researcher, consultant and social entrepreneur committed to facilitating transformational processes that lead to cultural healing and integral sustainability.

Her interdisciplinary work spans the fields of systems thinking, strategy, organizational development, leadership, design and sustainability. Her research and publications are in the areas of redesign of education, social entrepreneurship, ethical innovation and evolutionary leadership. Her current work is on the expansion of systems thinking into systems feeling and being in order to bring more embodied feminine ways of knowing and relating to organizations and communities.
