I also believe in following Seneca's advice "Keep learning how to live as long as you live". It is an honor to help Third Chapter Women re-discover their passions and free themselves to live a freer, fuller, happier life--which includes the energy and confidence to make it happen. We are never too old to question the old rules and invent new ones!

ABOUT ME (If you like that kind of thing): My studies and education have included a Masters Degree in Art and Consciousness, Transformational Life Coach Certification and years of studying and expressing my own creativity. I have taught Art and Design on the College level, trained and practiced as a Hypnotherapist, helped clients learn Creative Visualization, Self Hypnosis, Deep Relaxation, explore their creativity and remove the barriers to their Happiness and Success. It's called Third Chapter Thriving!
