She has an accomplished track record in leading financial and accounting buy-side diligence and analyses for private equity funds while at Ernst & Young, as well as for an independent small cap investment partnership, HI7E, LLC. Kathleen is exceptionally skilled at project management as well as complex financial and accounting due diligence. She has a generalist background covering multiple industries including specialty retail, consumer products, software, etc. Kathleen is a licensed CPA with the State of New York and resides in New York City.
