I am a problem solver. I embrace and conquer ambiguity through strategic thinking and planning. I am innately inquisitive; I want to know the how along with the why – it helps me perform at a higher level. I love being able to break apart a process and offer new solutions, using strategic agility to create innovation and progress within all levels of the organization.

Outside of my truly awesome day job, my lifestyle and passions include being a cyclist, a skier, a gardener, a crafter, a reader, a writer, a traveler; so many things to explore offering motivation & stimulation.
