Kathleen Berry-Hebert is currently a school psychologist in Tampa, Florida. She works with children who are intellectually gifted as well as those who are intellectually challenged. In particular, iodine and magnesium are two nutrients that are no longer ingredients easily found in our diets. Our breads that used to have iodine and magnesium are now fortified with flouride, which can be toxic to us.
