Part recruiter, part marketer, I leverage the force of my unique background to drive results for clients by creating a personalized professional brand based on the best practices I learned while working for one of the world’s largest strategic communications firms.

A former PR pro-turned-recruiter, my approach couldn't be further from that of a typical resume writer. Rather, I combine my first-hand understanding of what recruiters need to see with the marketing and PR tools I used to help drive results for some of the world's largest, most recognized brands.

How I Help Clients

I specialize in creating strategic career documents for Canadian and American clients. My services help clients uncover the hidden job market, communicate their Unique Selling Proposition, win clients and investors, land job interviews, and grow a professional brand grounded in thought leadership and professionalism.

How I Work

I work exclusively online, using Skype/Facetime to meet with clients from across North America and around the world.

All of my services start with a homework assignment that will take you 45 to 90 minutes (sorry!). This is followed by a one to two hour Skype consultation during which I ask weird and wacky questions to figure out what makes you tick on a personal and professional level.

What You Get When You Hire Me

All of my services are based on a 'key messages' one-pager that I create as a first step to each and every client engagement. This document includes several tailored core statements that define the value proposition, emotional appeal, and defining features of your professional self and form the backbone of every professional document you put out into the world.

Once key messages have been finalised, I can create core career documents, such as professional resumes, LinkedIn profiles, and cover letters, and custom requests, like social media 'about' sections and online presence report cards.

Satisfaction!

Unlike some professional resume writing services, I don't cap the number of revisions you can make to your document. It feels cheesy to say, but my policy is 100% satisfaction, and the scores of happy clients I've helped to date can back me up on that.
