Kathleen Yonce graduated from Nova Southeastern University’s Executive Program in 1995. She attended her courses on the weekends while she worked for Aura Group in South Florida, managing several different properties of all kinds throughout the state of Florida. She managed over 280,000 square feet of commercial space while she worked hard to earn her MBA. Yonce completed the Executive MBA program in 18 months and graduated with a 3.95 GPA.

Kathleen Yonce is a successful real estate development executive with division management and director level experience. She has been working in the industry for more than 20 years, and has worked on over one million square feet of commercial, multi-family, and mixed use properties throughout southern Florida, which is valued at more than 800 million dollars. Over the course of her lengthy career in the field, she has been able to take on an increasing amount of responsibility while working in leadership positions.
