Kathrine Giacchino

I continually aspire to improve as a corporate leader, speaker, facilitator and connector. Inspired by a university professor, I was determined to be a change agent for organizations. I left a real estate position in the Midwest and secured a position with Rubicon International, a boutique technology consulting firm headquartered in Portland, Oregon. Since then I have contributed to the growth and transformation of Rubicon, now the leading international curriculum management system provider. My prior experience includes client technical support and training, creating and facilitating strategic focus groups, coordination of national and international conferences and the development and implementation of organization-wide systems and processes for administration, accounting and training. My Specialties include: identifying and attracting top talent, creating community, challenging people to excel and being the go to, to get the job done, when no one else can. While I call Hood River home, I am currently raising my infant son on a Nordic Tug boat moored in Sellwood, a Portland neighborhood that allows easy access for a boat commute in to downtown. I am thrilled to be a part of Portland's growing tech community!!
