Kathryn MacPhee

I consider myself pretty lucky that my career is also my passion. I get to work with the very best of teams towards creating active healthy opportunities for communities. Program innovation is my creative outlet. My favorite aspect of what I do is building leadership within the incredible youth that become my staff. Many days I feel more like a life coach and a counselor but I can say that there is never a dull day. I've had the privledge of opening two start-up multisport facilities that proved to be all consuming but one hell of a ride. Outside of work I love anything nature orientated, training for triathlons, traveling (my <3 is still in Australia), reading and creative writing. I'm seriously silly (genetically determined) and try to look for the positive in this crazy life.
