Kathryn Morgan

I grew up in central Missouri and after living in Seattle, WA, My husband and I moved been back to MO to raise our children. My husband, Brian Morgan, is an Architect and has his own firm in Columbia. We have two wonderful sons and two boxers, Gus and Jerry.

I have been involved with a nonprofit organization since 2006 volunteering as the Executive Director. The organization has projects in East Africa and I feel blessed to have been able to travel to the region several times.

My family has experienced corporate moves, moving across the country, and I understand first-hand what is involved with selling a home and moving your family. In addition to understanding what it takes to move your family, we are real estate investors and own rental properties in the area. This first hand knowledge is extremely helpful when helping others either start or add to their real estate portfolio.
