Kathryn Snyder

I'm a University of Delaware graduate with degrees in both marketing and operations management. I'm hoping to pursue my dream of working with professional sports teams and leagues. I would like to go on to law school later in the future and pursue a concentration in business, patent, or sports law. I have worked along the sides of some very influential people in my future career field. I have been given many opportunities to work with some great sports organizations. I finished my internship with the Philadelphia Eagles as a ticketing and fan services intern in the Summer of 2015 and continued to work with the team during the season on game days. In the Summer of 2014 I interned with the Delaware 87ers - the Philadelphia 76ers' minor league affiliate team - who I currently assist throughout their season by helping out with their advertising and sponsorship media. While pursuing my degree, I work with the University of Delaware's Athletics Multimedia team, Hens All Access, for UD Athletics, and as the Men's Varsity Soccer Team's manager, as well as holding the position of Vice President/ Treasurer of a new club at the University of Delaware that incorporates business skills, entrepreneurial knowledge, and a creative mind. I also work for UD's gym, the Carpenter Sports Building, where I work as a building supervisor. I've held numerous leadership roles, whether it was as a lifeguard supervisor in my hometown or spearheading a brand new department - Group Sales - within my University's athletic program. While exploring the world of business, I've gained experience in marketing, public relations, sales, advertising, promotions, and management. I juggle holding four jobs with schoolwork, community service, staying active, and photography.
