I am a twenty-something-year-old born and raised North Carolinian. Some may say I mispronounce words, but I prefer to blame it on my southern drawl, y’all. Midwesterners think I’m a “southern belle,” but I’m really an angel. A Meredith College angel that is. In the winter, you can find me in the Dean Dome, usually “bustin’ a lung” cheering on my Tarheels. In the summer, you can find me in Atlantic Beach, either on a dock, a boat, a back porch, or in the ocean. God lies at the center of my life, but my family, my friends, and my dog follow close behind.
